In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

By registering an account with 999bc, accessing the platform, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, along with the 999bc Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must not access or use the 999bc platform. Continued use of the platform following any amendments to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

To register and use the 999bc platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 999bc strictly enforces this minimum age requirement. Providing false information about your age constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• You must be acting as an individual on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or representative of any third party.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or close family member of an employee of 999bc or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or payment processors.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list applicable to the 999bc platform or under any voluntary or mandatory gaming exclusion order.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You must not be accessing 999bc from a jurisdiction where online casino or sports betting is explicitly prohibited by applicable law and where such access would expose you to legal liability.

Each person may register only one (1) 999bc account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different mobile numbers, names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension across all related accounts.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information. 999bc reserves the right to request verification of any information provided at any time. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms.

KYC Verification: Before any withdrawal can be processed, 999bc requires successful completion of identity verification. This process requires submission of:

• A clear, legible copy of your Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC) — front and back
• A recent selfie photograph for facial comparison purposes
• Proof of payment method ownership where required (e.g., a screenshot of your JazzCash account showing your registered mobile number)

KYC verification is conducted in accordance with the obligations of 999bc's international gaming license. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable period may result in account restrictions including suspension of withdrawal privileges. 999bc reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time where required by its license obligations or internal fraud prevention procedures.

You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your 999bc login credentials. You must notify 999bc support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. 999bc will not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.

All financial transactions on the 999bc platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). 999bc does not impose currency conversion on deposits or withdrawals — the exact PKR amount deposited or withdrawn is the amount that transfers, with no exchange rate margin applied by the platform.

Deposits: 999bc supports deposits via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Allied Bank, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20. The minimum deposit amount is PKR 100. Deposits via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are credited to your 999bc wallet instantly upon successful transaction confirmation. Bank transfers may take up to 30 minutes. 999bc does not charge platform-side fees on deposits; standard network or bank charges imposed by your payment provider may apply.

Withdrawals: Withdrawals are available only to fully KYC-verified accounts. The minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 200. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the relevant deposit where operationally possible. 999bc does not charge platform-side withdrawal fees. Estimated processing timelines are as follows:

• JazzCash and EasyPaisa: within 1 hour of approval for verified accounts
• SadaPay: within 2 hours of approval
• Bank transfers (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Allied Bank): within 4–6 hours
• USDT TRC20: within 1 hour subject to network conditions

999bc reserves the right to conduct enhanced verification checks on withdrawal requests — including requests for supporting documentation — where required by its license obligations, internal fraud prevention procedures, or anti-money laundering protocols. Withdrawal requests may be suspended pending completion of such checks.

Withdrawal of bonus funds is subject to the wagering requirements described in Section 6. Real-money funds that have not been used to satisfy any bonus wagering requirement are not subject to additional withdrawal conditions beyond standard KYC verification.

999bc offers various promotional bonuses to eligible players, including but not limited to welcome deposit bonuses, free spins packs, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and loyalty programme rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms of the promotion under which they were issued and the general bonus conditions set out in this section.

Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds credited to a 999bc account — including welcome bonuses and free spin winnings — must be wagered the number of times specified in the applicable promotion terms before they become eligible for withdrawal. During wagering, bonus funds are separate from real-money funds and are spent first where applicable under the promotion terms.

Eligibility: Bonuses are available only to eligible accounts in good standing. 999bc reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion and to exclude any account from bonus participation where abuse, collusion, or systematic exploitation is suspected.

Bonus Abuse: The following activities constitute bonus abuse and will result in bonus voiding, withdrawal restrictions, and potential account suspension:

• Claiming bonuses across multiple accounts registered by the same individual
• Using strategies that exploit bonus terms in a manner inconsistent with genuine recreational play
• Placing offsetting bets designed to satisfy wagering requirements without assuming normal risk
• Coordinating with other players to exploit promotional terms collectively

999bc reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Promotional terms specific to each offer are published in the Promotions section of the platform and take precedence over these general bonus terms where they are more specific.

All bets and wagers placed on the 999bc platform — across the sportsbook, live casino, slots, and fishing games — are governed by the specific game or market rules applicable to that product. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have reviewed and understood the applicable rules.

Sportsbook: All cricket, PSL, football, UFC, and other sports bets are subject to the specific market rules published in the 999bc sportsbook. In the event of match postponement, cancellation, or result dispute, 999bc will apply standard industry settlement rules as published. 999bc reserves the right to void bets placed on markets where pricing or settlement errors have occurred.

Casino Games: All live dealer and RNG casino game outcomes are determined by certified random number generation systems. Game rules for each title are accessible within the game interface. Return-to-player (RTP) figures are published by the respective game providers and are not guaranteed for individual sessions.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 999bc platform and constitute grounds for immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and potential legal action:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC, or any communication with 999bc
• Using stolen, fraudulently obtained, or unauthorised payment methods for deposits
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring transactions to evade detection, or using the 999bc platform for any financial crime purpose
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, manipulate, or interfere with any 999bc game, system, server, or software in any manner
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or system errors to obtain an unfair advantage — any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided
• Colluding with other players in live casino games, poker, or any other competitive format
• Sharing your 999bc account credentials with any third party or allowing any third party to access or play on your account
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing 999bc support staff or other players on the platform

All content on the 999bc platform — including but not limited to the 999bc brand name and logo, website design, interface layout, game graphics, text content, promotional materials, and software — is the intellectual property of 999bc or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 999bc platform for personal, recreational purposes only. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any 999bc content.

Unauthorised use of 999bc intellectual property — including use of the 999bc name, logo, or branding in any manner that could create the impression of affiliation or endorsement — is prohibited and may result in legal action.

999bc provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 999bc makes no representations or warranties of any kind regarding the platform's availability, reliability, accuracy, suitability for any purpose, or fitness for any particular use.

999bc shall not be liable for any loss or damage — whether direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive — arising from:

• Your use of or inability to use the 999bc platform for any reason
• Technical failures, server outages, network interruptions, or software errors that interrupt gameplay or transaction processing
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security
• Decisions made in reliance on any content, odds, statistics, or information displayed on the platform
• Any gambling losses incurred through normal platform use

999bc's total aggregate liability to any player under these Terms shall not exceed the balance held in that player's 999bc account at the time the relevant claim arose. This limitation does not apply to liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or to any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

999bc is committed to promoting responsible gaming as a core obligation under its international gaming license. The platform provides the following player protection tools, all accessible directly from your account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the total amount you can deposit into your 999bc account
• Loss Limits: Restrict the maximum net loss you can incur within a defined period

999bc reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The account holder has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• The account has been used for fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal purpose
• The account holder is under the age of 21
• The account holder has provided false or misleading information at any stage
• The account is subject to a chargeback claim or payment dispute initiated by the account holder or their payment provider
• Continued operation of the account poses a compliance risk under 999bc's international gaming license obligations

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, 999bc will retain any balance in the account for the duration of the investigation. Where suspension is confirmed as a result of confirmed fraud, Terms breach, or legal requirement, 999bc reserves the right to forfeit the balance in whole or in part.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so at any time by contacting 999bc support via live chat. Any verified real-money balance remaining in the account at the time of closure will be returned to the player's registered payment method following completion of any applicable withdrawal processing period, subject to KYC verification being complete.

999bc collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available at 999bc.im/privacy-policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected during registration, KYC, and platform use is processed for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, payment processing, and responsible gaming. 999bc does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

Data submitted during KYC — including CNIC copies and photographs — is retained for the minimum period required by 999bc's international gaming license obligations and applicable anti-money laundering regulations. 999bc reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — that is, where they significantly affect your rights or obligations as an account holder — 999bc will provide notice by posting a prominent notice on the platform and, where practicable, by notifying registered accounts via the contact details on file.

The revised Terms & Conditions will be effective from the date specified in the amendment notice. Continued use of the 999bc platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 999bc holds its international gaming license. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination — shall first be referred to the 999bc dispute resolution process described below.

Dispute Resolution Process:

1. Step 1 — Contact Support: In the first instance, raise your dispute with the 999bc customer support team via live chat. The support team will attempt to resolve the matter within 5 business days of receiving full details of the dispute.
2. Step 2 — Formal Complaint: If the matter is not resolved at Step 1, you may submit a formal written complaint by email to the address provided in Section 16. 999bc will respond to formal complaints within 14 business days.
3. Step 3 — Licensing Authority: If the dispute remains unresolved following Steps 1 and 2, you may refer the matter to the relevant dispute resolution body under 999bc's international gaming license.

Nothing in this dispute resolution process limits your right to seek urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect your interests.
